Jon was born in Stoke-on-Trent and attended Park Church throughout his childhood. His background is electronic engineering and he spent fifteen years working in industry and travelling the world, before training as a pastor. He now runs a small electronics business alongside his work with Park Church.

Jon and Wendy have raised three (now adult) children and are also foster carers with Stoke council. They love travel and have been privileged to have been to many countries. They love meeting new people and especially sampling food from many cultures.

Jon has been one of the pastors of Park Church since 2014. He enjoys theology, chatting over tea, playing and listening to music, and anything with wires!
